Your printer will be able to assist you in placing the logo you have received in eps format on your business cards. Please be sure to forward a copy of the published Dell EMC logo usage requirements to your printer along with the eps file.

Getting re-accredited is as easy as accessing Powerlink and completing the Dell EMC Fundamental e-Learning step again. With any additional accreditation program questions, please feel free to contact your local account manager.

The process is as follows: First, you must complete the Dell EMC Fundamental e-learning and test. Once you have passed, you must complete four of the eleven Consultative Sales Skills modules, which culminate with tests. Also, four tests must be pass in the Dell EMC Specialty Offerings section. 
Extra modules and tests are encouraged to continue your depth of Dell EMC knowledge. The completed tests are kept on record and multiple tracks can be taken.

The training can be accessed in three different ways as below:
 
1. Online Web training (via Powerlink)
2. Workshops
3. Boot camps
 
You can also contact your Dell EMC account manager for the times and locations of workshops near you. Setting up a boot camp can also be done through your account manager, but will require a minimum number of participants.

All you need is a Dell EMC Power-Link account. For some, a Dell EMC workshop training session will be your first training experience. You will have to set up an online account to continue with your training.

Associate (Foundation Level): Deploys medium-stakes testing practices, which include exam blueprints, development of questions by subject matter experts (SMEs), and content validation. Exams are fully proctored and occasional psychometric analysis is can-led out to ensure validity of questions as well as assessment.
 
Specialist (Intermediate level): Deploys medium-stakes testing practices, which include exam blueprints, development of questions by SMEs, and content validation. Exams are fully proctored and occasional psychometric analysis is carried out to ensure validity of questions as well as assessment.
 
Expert (Advanced Level): Deploys high-stakes testing practices and exams are always proctored. Questions and assessment validity are ensured by thorough psychometric analysis.

If you fail in the exam for the first time, there is no waiting period, however, if you fail in the exam for the second time, there is a waiting period of 5 days.

Thomson/Prometric, an independent vendor, administers Dell EMC Proven Professional exams. Once you have selected the exam you plan to take, go to the Exam Guidelines for details and to obtain a Thomson/Prometric exam voucher.

Each Dell EMC certification exam has its own set of preparation strategies. We refer to them as “Exam Structure & Syllabus”. Go to “certification details” and you can find them on the Web pages associated with individual exams. The pages also show the number of questions in the exam, the duration of the exam, the areas you will be tested on, the required passing score, and recommended course work and content you can reference.
